#1 The Best Way to Cut an Avocado For Maximum Health Benefits
I will never cut an avocado the same way again! This past weekend my brother introduced me to this technique! Not only it is easier to cut an avocado this way, but it also helps you keep the dark green part of the avocado (just beneath the skin)! This part of the avocado has plenty of nutrients!
#2 Creamy Cashew Alfredo Sauce
I have a lot of dairy free friends, so I always think of them when I come across yummy dairy free recipes. I have not tried this- but I am thinking of doing it this week. Not sure which one yet, but my mouth is watering. (I will use zoodles instead of pasta)

#4 Refined VS Unrefined Coconut oil
Do you know the difference? I always grabbed the unrefined coconut oil- but most recently I bought the refined! I use coconout oil to cook with- but also to wash my face and hydrate my skin. The one thing I really did not love about the coconut oil is the strong coconut smell and taste.
