zucchini hummus

A fun take on traditional chickpea hummus. I love switching it up and this is SO easy to make. Impress your next dinner party :) 

Ingredients:

2 green zucchini (mine were on the smaller side)

3/4 cup tahini

1/2 cup or a little less of lemon juice ( I used meyers lemon. The best!)

salt to taste (try pink salt)

1 tsp cumin

Directions:

place all ingreedients in food processor or magic bullet

blend! 

grab some cucumber, celery, and carrot sticks. Dip and enjoy!
