Barbara's Wedding Recap

For those of you who have watched my videos you are very familiar with Barbara. She has starred in many of my workout videos! Barbara is a very good childhood friend of mine. She got married this pasty July 4th weekend and it was so amazing. She looked stunning and I could not stop crying during the ceremony!

Barbara is one of the hardest working people.  Yes, she totally rolls her eyes every time I throw in cardio bursts into her workouts, BUT no matter what she gives 110% into every session and I LOVE working with her. 

A month or so before her wedding she asked if I could give her and her bridesmaids a pre-wedding workout class. I of course said YES! It was so much fun. They giggled a lot.

As I said before Barabra hates cardio. Her MOH gave her this shirt. How perfect? 

The wedding took place in Saratoga Springs at Fasig-Tipton. We took a fun little trolly to the venue and as we arrived we were greeted with a refreshing (non alcoholic) beverage.  

The wedding venue was so unique, the ceremony was very emotional, the food (especially the apps) were amazing and the music was awesome (a 10 piece band!)

I am so proud of Barbara and all of her hard work. Such a beautiful girl insdie and out! Oh, by the way, her husband looks like Justin Timberlake.. don't you think?
